Welcome to Izouran — a celebration of tradition, craftsmanship, and the flavors of Morocco.
We are Brahim and Keltouma, the husband-and-wife team behind Izouran. Our story began with a shared dream: to bring the authentic taste of Moroccan sweets to the world, while staying rooted in our culture and values. “Izouran” means roots in Tamazight (the language of the Amazigh people), and it perfectly reflects who we are and why we do what we do.
Keltouma has been baking since she was a child. She grew up learning traditional Moroccan recipes passed down through generations — delicate gazelle horns, buttery ghriba cookies, rich almond briouats — each with its own history and technique. Her passion for baking is matched only by her dedication to doing things the right way: by hand, with care, and using only natural, high-quality ingredients.
Brahim, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, saw the potential in turning this passion into something greater — a way to share the depth of Moroccan culture through food. He believed that these flavors deserved a wider audience, and that every sweet treat could be a bridge between cultures.
Together, we created Izouran to honor our heritage and offer something genuine. Every product we make is handcrafted, infused with tradition, and made with love. When you taste an Izouran pastry, you’re not just enjoying a dessert — you’re experiencing a piece of who we are.
Thank you for being part of our journey. We’re proud to share our roots with you, one bite at a time.
