Your items will be shipped for free if you are living in Greater Moncton area. Please allow 1-2 days for delivery.

All sales are final. However, if you received something you didn’t order, please contact us at support@izouran.ca with your order number and pictures of what you received. We’ll provide further instructions on next steps to resolve the issue.

We handcraft your order in 2-5 business days. Delivery within the Greater Moncton Area takes 1-2 days, other areas follow standard carrier times.

Orders may be adjusted or cancelled if requested within 24 hours of placing the original order.
